AI Preview limitations

• PREVIEW, off by default
• OpenAI-compatible only
• Advisory; human approval; no autonomous block
• Not a Hosting analyzer
• Not a multi-model marketplace
• Training export unsupported (must stay false)
• Manager readiness does not depend on AI (manager_readiness_depends_on_ai is a status field, not a reason to block /health/ready for AI)
• Internal AI development endpoints are not customer features
• No published accuracy, latency, or token-cost SLA
• Secret custody for AI keys is implemented but not final-accepted
